Just ran the Monumental half marathon with my daughter this weekend. It was the best run of my life because we decided to run it together. At least that was the plan. When my body couldn't take the pace and I had to walk off and on during the race she slowed her stride to stay with me. She so understands teamwork and was very aware of my weaknesses and what I needed to hear to keep me in the run. We completed it in 2:12:40 together. She so loves her dad she knows what this meant to me. My hat is off to you folks at Bluemile for the opportunity to make this very special time in my life a reality. My daughter is one of your employees in Greenwood who lives and breaths running. Thank You for allowing her to do what she so loves 'Running', A forever loyal customer!
